Auschwitz Memorial Day: In the shadow of evil 

70 years ago, on January 27, 1945, the Red Army liberated the death camps. The concentration camp at Auschwitz consisted of several camps and sub-camps, it was Hitler’s biggest murder factory. More than one million people were killed at Auschwitz in Poland during World War Two. The majority were Jews. Witness Henry Korman (94) reported in the Frame of the 70th anniversary (Bild).
