Brexit: Hollande to Cameron: “We have rules in Europe”

The newly elected British Prime Minister David Cameron already confirmed his will to organise a referendum before 2017 to determine whether the UK will remain part of the EU. “Cameron didn’t say he wanted to leave the EU: he said he wanted to discuss a possible Brexit. So, let’s discuss” said François Hollande, adding that “it’s fair to consider UK’s aspiration, but in Europe we agreed on some rules and we have to consult all the actors involved before any decisions”.
