British PM Cameron says ‘not enough’ progress made after EU deal talks with Juncker, reports AFP.

There is “no chance” of Britain voting to remain in the European Union unless Brussels offers David Cameron a deal which reduces net migration, UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has said. (Telegraph)
