France asked to give back 1,45 billion euro to the EU

The European Commission just announced France has to give back more than a billion euro (1,45) mistakenly granted as aid for agriculture within the Common Agricultural Policy framework. Apparently, 15 European Member States are involved, but France remains the one with the highest debit towards Brussels, to be paid off in the next 2 years (2017) (L’OBS économie).
