French community supports its soldiers

The Vigipirate operation, launched by the French government in the aftermath of the terroristic attacks at the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo earlier this year, consist of a deployment of armed forces all over the French territory to keep under control the most sensitive buildings and facilities. Grateful for this precautionary assistance, many men, women and children are showing their support providing soldiers with hot coffee, croissants, and cakes. “We weren’t expecting people to be this welcoming, it’s touching” said chief corporal Terii.
