Obama met German Chancellor Merkel in Washington

U.S. President Barack Obama met in Washington the German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss some security issues and the Ukrainian situation. After the meeting, the situation remained frozen. On one side, Merkel and the other EU Member States want to avoid to send arms to Kiev, on the other the U.S. administration is still undecided. The objective of the EU Member States is to avoid to open a war front on the European soil. (Deutsche Welle)
