Once again a pre-EU summit excludes some Member States

A EU summit is taking place today to discuss EU action against terrorism and discuss migration topics.

EU heads of state or government from Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden, meet with Ahmet Davutoglu, Prime Minister of Turkey, ahead of the European Council meeting.

Once again a pre – EU summit is excluding some key Member States such as UK, Italy and Spain.
