Spanish diplomat Jorge Domecq (1960) was appointed new European Defence Agency Chief Executive by the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Federica Mogherini. Mr. Domecq is current Ambassador Permanent Representative of Spain to the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). He will take office on 1st February 2015.
